the three temperatures

when we are deciding what to eat or drink we can check in with these three temperatures to get more information from ourselves & from our environment: 1. what is the temperature outside? (cold, dry, damp, warm, humid etc) 2. what is my metabolic temperature? (acidic, alkaline, neutral etc.) 3. what is my emotional temperature?
